CarTurf UG operates from Dieselstrasse 28, 53424 Remagen, Germany. The office sits between three international airports: Cologne (45 minutes north), Dusseldorf (1.5 hours north), and Frankfurt (1.5 hours southeast).

Not required. Most customers never visit. But if you want to see the operation, meet the team, or pick up a vehicle in person, the office is open.

Getting here:

  • We'll pick you up from the station

If you're buying a car through us, we can deliver it to Frankfurt, Bratislava, Paris, or wherever you need it. The office visit is optional for people who want to meet the team or pick up a vehicle in person.

Yes. Create a free account at carturf.app to use the document storage and vehicle management features. You only start paying the tiered service fee (from €99/month for Autopilot, or from €49/month for Moto) when you're ready for us to handle registration and insurance.

Standard registration takes about a week once we have the vehicle documents. Rush paperwork is possible in 48–72 hours if you need it faster. The car is insured at the moment of registration, so you can drive within Germany immediately while final documents are processed.
